Discover the Heart of Africa Through Learning, Service, and Cultural Connection

Experience Ghana not as a tourist, but as a learner, leader, and global citizen. Through the HAEC 2027 Pan-African Study Abroad Program, you'll engage with local communities, explore Ghana's rich history, collaborate with professionals, and build meaningful connections that deepen your understanding of Africa and your place within it.

Journey Through Ghana: HAEC-3GC 2027 Experience

For many members of the Pan-African diaspora, Ghana is more than a destination—it is a place of connection, discovery, and belonging. Even if you've never visited before, there is a profound sense of returning to a place that feels familiar. Rich in history, culture, and hospitality, Ghana offers the opportunity to walk through significant heritage sites, experience vibrant traditions, build authentic relationships with local communities, and gain a deeper appreciation of the continent beyond what can be learned in a classroom.

The HAEC Ghana Experience is designed to immerse participants in Africa through meaningful academic, cultural, and community engagement. Whether you're exploring public health initiatives, interacting with professionals and community leaders, participating in service-learning projects, or experiencing everyday life in Ghana, you'll connect classroom knowledge with real-world experiences. More than a study abroad program, this journey is an opportunity to deepen your understanding of Africa, reconnect with your roots, and return home with new perspectives, lasting relationships, and a renewed sense of purpose.
