Dr. Beverly Booker Ammah

Dr. Beverly Booker Ammah, a National Board-Certified Counselor was a 2015-2016 Fulbright Scholar- University of Ghana. Beverly is both the Co-founder and Executive Director of 3GC Inc., a Washington DC based non- profit focused on engaging students of color including those of African ancestry to study abroad in Africa. 3GC Inc (www.weare3gc.org) is one of the 5 Founding members of the HBCU Africa Education Coalition (HAEC) and it’s 100K Strong Africa Initiative. Most recently Beverly served as an Associate Professor & School Counseling Program Lead at Hampton University, her alma mater. She currently serves as affiliate faculty in Clark Atlanta University’s Graduate Counseling Program and a member of the School of Education Advisory Board. Beverly Booker Ammah is one of the Co creators of the Pan African Study Abroad Model with Dr. Rose Walls and Elder Albie Walls, to which HAEC has adopted to infuse within it’s study abroad program delivery.
